Non-Contact Flag Rugby for Kids – Fun, Safe, and Fast-Paced!

What: Rookie Rugby – a non-contact, skill-building version of rugby coached by trained adult players
Where: Centennial B Field (across the Y parking lot)
Who: Kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Cost: $70 for YMCA members | $80 for non-members
Includes: A Rookie Rugby jersey!

Gear to Bring:

• Water bottle

• Cleats (no metal cleats allowed)

Coaching Staff:
Players from the Helena All Blues and Helena Hooligans

The YMCA is thrilled to partner with the Helena Youth Rugby Association and Helena All Blues to bring Rookie Rugby to our community!

This non-contact, clinic-style program focuses on fun, safety, and skill development. Kids will learn:

• Ball handling

• Running and evasion skills

• Teamwork and communication

• Respect for teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents
