MAX-Fit

STRONG IS THE NEW SKINNY

Max-Fit is a high-intensity, total body sport conditioning workout program incorporating cardio, strength training, weights, plyometric, & agility exercises.  You will be stronger, healthier, lose weight, tone up, & gain confidence!

Classes progress each week building upon 'skills & drills' learned on the speed ladder, through a dynamic warm-up with dot training and a circuit routine from the week(s) before.

Five week sessions – except one in Spring will be 6 weeks.

GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

The Y has something for everyone!  Whether you want to clear your mind (yoga), hit it hard (cycling,Strength Train Together), take it easy (SilverSneakers®) or move like you've never moved before (Zumba®, RIPPED) you'll find our classes "fit" your needs and your lifestyle.  You'll have fun, feel great, meet new people, and stay healthy.  Our instructors love what they do and they love teaching at the Y, where our members feel welcome no matter where they are on their personal fitness journey.
