Membership Cancellation Policy

All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing. To cancel your membership, please send a written request by email to [email protected] or submit your cancellation through this link.

Written cancellation requests must be received by 4:00 PM on the last business day of the month to stop billing for the upcoming month. Requests received after this deadline will be processed for the following month.

The Helena Family YMCA does not issue refunds for membership fees.

Verbal cancellations, phone requests, or in‑person notifications are not accepted. Memberships remain active until written notice is received.
