$40 per participant. Register for prizes at the Front Desk.
Track miles in each discipline. When you finish, turn in your Mileage Sheet at the Front Desk and order your prize!
1-7 days- Participants choice: embroidered soft shell or embroidered track jacket, full or zip hoodie, embroidered fleece pullover or embroidered vest, embroidered polo, gym bag, or T-shirt.
8-14 days- Choose from embroidered track jacket, full or zip hoodie, embroidered fleece pullover or embroidered vest, embroidered polo, gym bag, or T-shirt.
15-21 days- Choose from full hoodie, embroidered fleece vest, embroidered polo shirt, gym bag, or T-shirt.
22-31 days- Choose from embroidered polo shirt, gym bag, or T-shirt.
Items will be ordered in the size & color of your choice February 1.
RELEASE YOUR INNER ATHLETE
MAX-FIT is a high-intensity, total body sport conditioning workout program incorporating cardio, strength training, weights, plyometric, & agility exercises. You will be stronger, healthier, lose weight, tone up, & gain confidence!
Classes progress each week building upon 'skills & drills' learned on the speed ladder, through a dynamic warm-up, with dot training and a circuit routine from the week(s) before. In addition, 'Race Days' are held on Fridays where various components of class are tested and participants are further challenged in a fun, supportive environment.

Are you wanting to learn how to use the fitness equipment? Are you needing instruction on proper lifting technique, using the cardio machines, or learning about free weights?
Our popular Teen Fitness class continues this fall. Class is led by Helena Family YMCA Health & Wellness Director Ben Wahl and meets three consecutive weeks on Wednesdays from 4 - 5 PM in the Community Room.
Wednesday - January 8th: 4-5 PM (Nutrition & Healthy Eating)
Wednesday - January 15th: 4-5 PM (Muscles & Movements)
Wednesday - January 22nd 4-5 PM (Equipment Orientation & Technique)
** Please note, all 3 classes must be attended **
*Students will receive card entitling use of the YMCA Fitness Center
*Students will learn safe practices and techniques in using workout equipment *Students will receive a $10 Hastings gift certificate upon completion of the class
A (12) student maximum will be applied to the session. Enroll at the Helena Family YMCA Front Desk. Total cost $15 for Members, $20 for prospective-Members.
YMCA Health & Wellness Director Ben Wahl will be your guide offering advice, demonstrations, and instructions on the proper use of all fitness equipment. This knowledge will help you build a better plan in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Oula is an inspiring and super fun dance workout! Oula offers the perfect balance between the ‘hip’ and the ‘hippy’ with its structured, easy to follow, fun choreography while at the same time encouraging self-expression and freedom of movement. Because musically, Oula incorporates hip-hop with Hindu and tribal with top 40s, this variety provides a base from which to experience an incredibly broad range of emotion, movement, style and sensation all within one hour.
Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:15 PM, beginning April 11.

The Y is proud to offer fitness classes for our neighbors in East Helena. Classes are taught by trained, YMCA staff at the Main Street Gym (City Hall) in downtown East Helena. Classes are included with a Y membership. There is a $5.00 fee per class for non-members. Punch cards are also available for purchase at the YMCA front desk.
