The inaugural Summer Slam 3-on-3 basketball tournament will take place on the blacktop at the Y parking lot. For those entering 3rd grade through adults, all are invited to participate in Helena's summer basketball tournament.
Summer Slam is Helena's inaugural outdoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament. Tournament is open to Players of all ages and abilities.
Three Youth Divisions for each Girls and Boys entering 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, and 7th/8th grade. High School and Adult Divisions both contain Female, Male, and Co-ed.
Weekend event includes games, music, 3-point shoot out, food, and Player's and Champion's shirts for each division. Games will be played at YMCA parking lot near Centennial Park. Participants form their own teams of 3 players minimum and 4 players maximum and submit registration form to Helena Family YMCA.
$80 per Youth & High School team, $100 per Adult team. Teams must be registered by 10 AM Wednesday, July 10.

MAX-FIT is a high-intensity, total body sport conditioning workout program incorporating cardio, strength training, weights, plyometric, & agility exercises. You will be stronger, healthier, lose weight, tone up, & gain confidence!
Classes progress each week building upon 'skills & drills' learned on the speed ladder, through a dynamic warm-up, with dot training and a circuit routine from the week(s) before. In addition, 'Race Days' are held where various components of class are tested and participants are further challenged in a fun, supportive environment.

Join Health & Wellness Director and former Carroll College athlete Ben Wahl to stay in shape for summer activities to be ready for the upcoming sport season. Participants will work on speed, agility, flexibility, jump training, and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

Oula is an inspiring and super fun dance workout! Oula offers the perfect balance between the ‘hip’ and the ‘hippy’ with its structured, easy to follow, fun choreography while at the same time encouraging self-expression and freedom of movement. Because musically, Oula incorporates hip-hop with Hindu and tribal with top 40s, this variety provides a base from which to experience an incredibly broad range of emotion, movement, style and sensation all within one hour.

The Y is proud to offer fitness classes for our neighbors in East Helena. Classes are taught by trained, YMCA staff at the Main Street Gym (City Hall) in downtown East Helena. Classes are included with a Y membership. There is a $5.00 fee per class for non-members. Punch cards are also available for purchase at the YMCA front desk.
