Adult league for men and women age 16 and older. Teams are coed and are expected to referee their own games. Rules will be finalized at the Captains meeting, TBA. All players must wear shin guards. Play is 4x4 plus goalie. The league is limited to 10 teams. General league play will be a round robin format followed by a single elimination tournament to determine league winners. On-line registration is not yet available for this league. Please register through the link provided by your team captain. All players must sign a YMCA liability waiver and adhere to the YMCA code of conduct.

REGISTRATION PERIOD: The Registration period for teams is currently underway. Sign-ups are on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS! (Registration is conducted through the team captain.)
TEAM BREAKDOWN: Teams can field a maximum of 5, and no less than 3, on the pitch at one time. Teams must field at least 3 players to constitute an official game. Teams are coed and players must be 16 years or older. Each team must have a minimum of two females on the roster and on the pitch at all times. If a team plays with one female they must play down a player.
GAMES: League play will be played on Sundays between the times of 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm. The first game day will be on Sunday, October 26. All games will be played at the YMCA. Teams will play a 5 game season during league play. A complete game schedule will be given to all team captains at the Captain’s Meeting (TBA). Games consist of two (2) 25 minute halves with a running clock. There will be a 5 minute half-time break. Games will not exceed 1 hour in duration.
