GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

Whether you want to clear your mind (yoga), hit it hard (cycling, kickboxing), take it easy (SilverSneakers®) or move like you've never moved before (Zumba®, Oula) you'll find our classes fit your needs and your lifestyle. You'll have fun, feel great, meet new people, and stay healthy. Our instructors love what they do and they love teaching at the Y, where our members feel welcome no matter where they are on their personal fitness journey.
